WP0 Project management and common dissemination

WP0 will focus on efficient management and common dissemination of the project and on helping the other WPs and industrial projects to fulfill their objectives during the project execution. Project Manager acts as the operative manager for the project and will coordinate everyday business of the project in the operative, managerial and secretariat roles.

The main responsibilities of the Project Manager are as follows:

• Common reporting and project administration (management routines, processes and tools; communication between the consortium and Business Finland, etc.);
• Internal and external dissemination of the project (organizing common meetings, workshops and other events, operating collaboration platform, project website, social media press releases, newsletters etc.).
